Referrals By Nexus Real Estate is a referral and program platform operated by Nexus Real Estate Group LLC. It helps licensed real estate professionals, brokerages, lenders and business partners send referrals, join programs and keep their paperwork in one place. Using this site does not create an agency, client or brokerage relationship with Nexus.

Referral Fees

Referral fees are paid only between licensed real estate brokerages, or to licensees through their sponsoring brokerage, as permitted by the laws of each state. Nobody who is not appropriately licensed is paid a referral fee for a real estate transaction. Fee amounts shown on this site, including in the referral fee calculator, are estimates for illustration only. The actual fee is set by the signed referral agreement between the parties and is paid only after a transaction closes and the receiving brokerage is paid.

No Kickbacks Under RESPA

Nothing on this site is an offer to pay or accept any fee, kickback or thing of value for referring settlement services in violation of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). Lenders, title companies and other settlement service providers do not pay or receive referral fees through this site. Where an affiliated business arrangement exists, it is described in our Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure.

No Guarantee Of Results

We do not guarantee that a referral will be accepted, that a client will buy, sell or rent, or that any transaction will close. Agent matches are based on the information available to us and the rules of each program.

Outside Programs And Networks
